William "Bill" Blunden
Mr. Blunden holds a Master’s degree in Administration of Justice and a Bachelors degree in Homeland Security. Mr. Blunden was the Chief Information Officer for one of Mississippi's largest law firms for 11 years and has served as the Director of Information Technology and the Director of Preparedness at the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency. Mr. Blunden is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served with distinction as an Air Traffic Controller. Mr. Blunden has completed FEMA’s Emergency Management Institutes Professional Development Series and has received Certificates of Achievements from the Department of Homeland Security in “Cyber Security Investigations” and “Introduction to Threat Hunting Teams.” Professor Blunden currently teaches “Investigating Cyber Terrorism,” “Cybercrimes,” and “Cyber Security” at Mississippi College .
Rebecca Blunden
Rebecca came to Mississippi in 1993 after graduating from Cornell University. After working for three years at the Stennis Space Center on Mississippi’s Gulf Coast, she began law school at the University of Mississippi. In 1999, Rebecca joined the firm of Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush, where she focuses her practice on insurance litigation and the needs of insurance companies.
